Sony Xperia U specification is not all that special; using dual-core 1GHz processor, 512MB Ram, 4GB of internal memory, 3.5 inch screen, 5MP camera, Sony Xperia U runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS out-of-the-box can be upgraded to the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in Q2 2012. But unfortunately, for those who are interested in the Xperia U have to wait long enough, because just like Xperia S and Xperia P, this new Android phone will be available in Q2 2012. Sony Xperia U prices to date are not known.
